About this role

Job Title Process Engineer Position Overview Shaw Industries is looking for a Process Engineer to assists the Tufting Department Manager in achieving excellent performance in safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, waste, and cost while ensuring compliance with all company, plant, and departmental guidelines and procedures and will be based in Cartersville, GA. This individual will support both Plant 12 & 13. Based on experience, this position could be filled as a Process Engineer or Sr Process Engineer. Responsibilities Participate and continuously improve Leadership Standard Work focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost. Monitors safety of all processes in Tufting and BST Monitors Production area and assists with troubleshooting of equipment.…
