Job Title Finishing Inspector Lead| Monday - Friday Position Overview This position is Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm. POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Lead Inspector plays a critical role in supporting quality operations across two continuous finishing lines. This position is responsible for assisting with carpet inspection, making decisions on carpet grading, and guiding inspection team members to ensure consistent quality standards. The Lead Inspector will move between lines as needed to provide real-time support, resolve grading concerns, and help identify off-quality issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1.
