Job Title Finishing Operator Assistant | Monday - Friday Position Overview This position is Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Maintain correct and steady application of latex onto carpet, provide assistance to coater operator and froth operator. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: I. Latex Application A. Ensure carpet is feeding correctly into precoat direct applicator and Tillotson adhesive applicator, making sure to fix and report folded carpet to Coater Operator and Sew-on Operator. B. Identify style to be run using Sew-In Tracker screen. C. Reference spec sheet to identify correct application settings for the given style. 1. Application (precoat and adhesive) 2. Cupweight 3.
