Job Title Manufacturing Supervisor II Position Overview S haw Industries is searching for a Heatset Supervisor at plant 65 in Andalusia, AL to lead associates and to comply with all safety, quality, production, waste, absenteeism, turnover, and housekeeping standards necessary to meet the departmental requirements assigned by the Department Manager. Interacts directly with other supervisors in the accomplishment of support, scheduling, and through-put improvement objectives in the manufacturing process. Responsible for all necessary forecasting, planning, assigning, reporting, and follow-up for all departmental daily functions.
