Job Title Reliability Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview Shaw Industries is searching for a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of skilled facility reliability technicians for Shaw plant 22 located in Thomson, GA. Responsibilities: Provides supervision and oversees daily maintenance operations and activities within designated departments; supervises and evaluates the work of maintenance employees and outside contractors. Effectively interface procedures, policies and systems to provide a successful departmental environment. This includes interaction with support areas, effective communication with teammates, and interaction with Leadership.
