About this role

Job Title Technical Process Engineer Position Overview Shaw is hiring a Technical Process Engineer to develop, produce, and evaluate new products and process improvements, as well as projects to improve current products and processes. Conduct research and trials (lab, pilot, line) in pursuit of incremental, significant, and transformational innovation for Yarn and Soft floorcovering, specifically but not limited to Residential Division. Supporting yarn plants within the Residential Division as needed. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to process improvement, raw materials, quality and claims improvement, research and development. This role is onsite based in Dalton and will involve traveling to other local facilities in Northwest Georgia.…
