Job Title Tufting Operator - NSP Samples - 2nd Shift Position Overview Tufting Operator - 2nd Shift Position Objectives: To obtain a skilled tufting/yfeed(warping) machine operator that will learn to operate other machinery and other responsibilities within the process and must be able to successfully perform all requirements of the machine operator function in a specific time frame. Responsibilities Utility – ability to operate back winder and stationary lift. Ability to pull and relocate yarn. Y Feed Operator – ability to break down yarn and load yarn onto a creel with different thread ups and blow yarn into a mobile x-creel. Yarn Processing – the ability to print orders and operate an air entangled and twister machine to use a single denier yarn to make yarn of different denier sizes.…
