As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you'll be the steady, reassuring point of contact who guides injured clients through what is often a stressful and unfamiliar process while keeping their cases organized and moving. Exceptional client support is at the heart of this role: you'll check in on clients' recovery, keep them informed, and make sure they feel genuinely cared for from intake through settlement. Alongside that, you'll track high stakes deadlines, coordinate medical treatment and records, manage insurance, repairs, and keep attorneys aligned.
