Pharmacy Refill Technician Join our Shields team today! As a Pharmacy Refill Technician, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their medication journey by coordinating prescription refills, conducting adherence outreach, and helping ensure patients have timely access to their medications. You will communicate directly with patients, providers, pharmacists, and insurance companies to resolve medication-related issues, support refill requests, and promote continuity of care.
