We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Outreach Eligibility Specialist to support the growth of the specialty pharmacy program by identifying eligible patients, completing benefits investigations, and maintaining strict confidentiality. What You’ll Do: Conduct benefits investigations using approved tools and pharmacy systems. Review medical records to confirm current medication needs. Document all findings clearly and accurately. Partner with team members to ensure high ‑ quality, coordinated patient care. Identify trends, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements.
