Senior Manager of Operations

The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing key operational partnerships, business processes, staffing coordination, and strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. This role serves as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders while leading critical pharmacy operational improvement projects and performance management activities. The Senior Manager of Operations works as a peer to MPS stakeholders, reporting directly to the Site Director or RVP of Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest and experience in pharmacy operations and process improvement.
