About this role

Supervisor of Patient Services Location: Remote with onsite travel as needed (West Coast Region) Job Purpose: Provide support to the Manager of Patient Services, as well as workflow/productivity evaluation and supervision of team members. Job Duties: Responsible for directly supervising a team of exempt and/or non-exempt employees. Tasks will include: Setting targets & expectations, timecards review, performance evaluations & coaching (Maximum of 10 FTE’s) Review Staff messaging/Epic pools to make sure work is done in timely manner; Review email communications-step in when needed for FFT communications/delivery slip concerns; Trouble shoot work flow questions as needed when liaisons reach out; PA log- review PA log activity report weekly and report gaps to responsible party.…
