Introduction The Product Compliance Specialist ensures Shimano products meet applicable European regulatory and technical requirements while supporting the company's commitment to quality and innovation. By monitoring regulatory developments, interpreting standards, and guiding cross-functional teams, the role enables compliant product development and successful market access across Shimano's Bicycle and Fishing Tackle businesses. As a member of the Product Quality & Compliance team, alongside fellow Compliance Specialists and the QC Coordinator, the successful candidate will focus on the electro-mechanical compliance domain (EMC, electrical safety, battery technologies), represent Shimano in technical standardization committees and industry working groups.…
