CAFE LEAD Reports to: Store Manager | Department: Retail Key Responsibilities Café Guest Experience Assist guests based on their Pace & Focus and make recommendations to meet their needs. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Servicing customers, taking orders, receiving and processing customer payments. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Product knowledge of cafe offerings and Shinola product knowledge and understanding of Pace & Focus - Welcoming, Adjusting, and Connecting. Operations Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests.
