ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates across our Las Vegas fulfillment operations. We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and strong night-shift leadership is critical to keeping that operation moving. You'll be responsible for keeping your team focused, productive, safe, and aligned while making real-time decisions that directly impact our ability to deliver for our merchants.
