About this role
Impact As the Associate Operations Manager-TLMD located onsite in the Chicago, IL area, you will provide on-site support for Drivers with Shipt at a Target Sortation Center. This role will liaise between the Target Sortation Center operations team and Drivers with Shipt to achieve efficiency and safety during the route dispatch process. While no two days are the same, you will triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site. You will have an opportunity to support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests while continuously promoting a safe working environment at the Sortation Center.
