Impact As a Senior Engineer on the Order Management team at Shipt, you will drive the design and build of systems powering our core operations. You will engage in hands-on development for the most complex tasks, ensuring that all solutions are production-ready, scalable, resilient, and meet high-performance standards. You will bridge deep technical knowledge with business impact, acting as a "T-Shaped" engineer who collaborates across product teams and business partners to align architecture with strategic goals. You will serve as a primary contact point for your team, mentoring Engineers and Associate Engineers to improve code quality and technical depth.
