About this role

Position Overview: Infrastructure Operations & Engineering team is seeking a Senior Unix Expert to join our global Unix Team, supporting India-hours coverage for a team that hosts critical applications, including Oracle-based Retail Management Systems (RMS). This is a senior-level individual contributor role requiring strong hands-on experience with a multi-platform enterprise environment spanning Oracle Linux (OL7/OL8/OL9) and AIX systems and automation-oriented development. The ideal candidate will be able to independently troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, identify automation opportunities, plan and implement automation efforts, drive technical work through completion, and collaborate across infrastructure, security, cloud, database, network, storage, and application teams.
