About this role
Position Overview:
We are hiring a HR Business Partner to help manage the day-to-day relationship and operations for one of our largest US-based enterprise clients. This individual will oversee communications and coordination across 250+ India-based employees who support the client, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and retention.
You’ll be a primary point of contact between our internal HR and operations team, the client’s hiring managers, and key stakeholders in procurement and finance.
