Sede di lavoro: Loreto (AN), Marche, Italia Il nostro cliente: Ristorante stellato Michelin che unisce tradizione e ricerca in una cucina contemporanea, costruita attorno alla cottura sul fuoco e alla qualità della materia prima. Ruolo: La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del reparto Cucina, riportando direttamente all’Executive Chef. Sarà responsabile della supervisione del team e del coordinamento operativo della brigata, garantendo l’efficienza del servizio, il mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi e la sostituzione dello Chef in sua assenza.…
