Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Training Specialist: Learning & Performance Solutions (L&PS) tobring more than general training or instructional experience. We are seeking a senior professional who understands the Navy MPT and training lifecycle and can connect system acquisition and technical requirements to executable training solutions for the Fleet. Ideal candidates will have recent, direct experience developing Navy training requirements and documentation; coordinating with acquisition program offices and training organizations; applying instructional systems principles; integrating training across multiple systems and capabilities; and supporting the introduction of new or modernized Navy systems into the training enterprise.…
