Position Summary Increase sales of meat and cheeses at the deli counter through customer engagement and interaction. Essential Job Functions Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner to generate brand awareness and increase sales. Prepare and demonstrate new and/or promoted products to store customers through sample arrangements and by demonstrating recipes using company products. Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products; use product slicer to fill orders and/or provide samples to customers; complete order process for purchases.
