About this role
Ensures Roger Wood Foods customers and FSIS Inspection personal that the product produced here is safe for human consumption. Specific Duties: · Follow and enforce all Safety, GMP, SOP , & SSOP procedures · Perform daily preoperational/operational checks, verifications, and document reviews as required for your assigned area · Monitor and inspect the plant for condensation, SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs · Perform daily facility checks.
