About this role
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies for the Groups properties under management and under development. 2. Conduct continuous market research on competition, tenant demand, occupancy levels, rental rates and location analysis in the relevant regions of all Group properties. 3. Proactively target and lease the available spaces to credit-worthy tenants in line with the agreed tenant mix, with a healthy waiting list of interested occupiers. 4. Work with Leasing Agents and Property Managers to ensure compliance with engagement terms and conditions, KPIs and policies when marketing and leasing the Groups properties. 5.
