Serve as QMR to ensure the QMS remains aligned with requirements, report QMS performance and improvement needs to management. Ensure quality documentation and controlled procedures are maintained and updated, corrective actions are implemented effectively. Coordinate internal and external audits including certification and customer audits. Oversee quality standards for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods while approving quality reports and deviations, leading root‑cause investigations with corrective actions, and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
