Roles & Responsibilities: • Source heavy fabrication Components and assemblies, precision machine components, and sheet metal parts. • Develop and manage suppliers for structural fabrication, heavy machining, industrial material handling & logistics equipment, and steel industry packaging systems. • Identify cost-effective sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines. • Conduct supplier capability assessment, audits, and qualification. Profile: Cost Estimation& Techno-Commercial Evaluation: • Prepare detailed cost estimation based on drawings, BOM, and specifications. • Estimate manufacturing cost including raw materials, machining operations, fabrication & welding processes, surface treatment, assembly, and logistics. • Perform should-cost analysis and benchmarking.…
