About this role
Your duties will include but not be limited to – Comply with all customer safety requirements, including on site safety inductions and the use of PPE where required. Service and repair equipment and hand tools at client premises including equipment supplied by competitors. Support equipment installations and provide training to customer’s operations and maintenance personnel. Visit service agreement customers as per their service agreement and other customers as required. Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot problems and faults with equipment and hand tools. Prepare ad-hoc and monthly service reports as required. Administer documents associated with assigned service jobs. Assist sales staff with preventative maintenance agreements and to market service agreements.…
