Job Summary We are seeking a professional, polished, and guest-focused Call Centre & Reservations Representative to join the team at The Groves in Riyadh. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a seamless and positive guest experience. You will manage incoming calls and enquiries, assist guests with restaurant reservations, provide information about our dining, entertainment and retail offerings, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of The Groves. This is a seasonal position for approximately 6–7 months , ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, premium hospitality and entertainment environment and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.…
