Lead quality APQP/PPAP initiatives with new or changed products for manufacturing quality Resolve quality issues with suppliers. Determine the nature of the nonconformance, identify responsibility and negotiate a mutually acceptable return or rework of product while preserving the Silgan/Supplier relationship. Identify, develop and implement systems and processes that will assure product conformance to specifications, including developing product specifications, procedures and test methods as required.
