SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Manage direct reports to ensure plant start-ups and mold changes are completed timely and according to schedule. Work closely with management team and shift supervisor to control labor and ensure the production lines are running smoothly and efficiently. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the plant. Daily communication with the management team and hourly employees to ensure best utilization of time, production schedule and cost. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-Responsible for promoting and executing safe work practices throughout the Houston facility. 2-Manage the set-up department, ensuring all set ups are completed timely and accurate.…
