About this role
It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and support the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for just that person to join the Silverchain team in Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs (Ballard, Charlton, Harristown, Westbrook etc...). No certificate 3 required, on hand experience with minimum of 6 months experience!
