About this role
It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for experienced Carers, Support Workers (or similar position in Aged Care & or Disability) to join the Silverchain team in Tweed Heads & surrounding suburbs (Banora Point, Kings Forest, Upper Duroby etc...).
