Position: Temp Consumer Relations Associate Reports to: Sr. Brand Manager We are looking for a Temporary Consumer Relations Associate to support our Marketing team on an hourly, remote basis. Our Consumer Relations Associate will help us respond to a high volume of consumer emails and calls across our brands, including our sister company One Degree Organic Foods. Opportunities This is a short-term role focused on helping our Consumer Relations team work through an increase in consumer inquiries. You will respond to consumer questions and complaints with care, log cases accurately, and escalate sensitive issues to the team. Full training is provided.…
