Overview The cross-border regulatory team (known internally as the Cross Border Unit/CBU) is an integral part of our leading financial services regulatory practice, supporting our global financial institution clients in how they manage their international cross-border business. Our client services include ongoing and outsourced support, cyclical reviews, strategic advice, and large-scale multi-jurisdictional projects; delivered in a number of different ways, ranging from day-to-day operational/planned activity/reactive support, through to formal and high-profile legal and regulatory change programmes with GC/Executive Director client accountability and significant budgets.…
