Für unser Düsseldorfer Büro suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Rechtsanwalt/ Associate (m/w/d) im Bereich Corporate M&A und Private Equity. Dürfen wir uns vorstellen? Unser Team berät deutsche und internationale strategische sowie Finanzinvestoren – insbesondere Private-Equity-Fonds – bei Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen. Dabei stehen Transaktionen in den Bereichen Technologie, Energie- und Infrastruktur, Life Sciences und Health Care sowie Asset Management und Financial Institutions im Vordergrund. Wir beraten und begleiten unsere Private-Equity-Mandanten über die gesamte Bandbreite ihrer Portfolio- und Add-on -Transaktionen.
