Job Location: Corporate Indianapolis Primary Purpose: The HRIS Technology Analyst is responsible for the design, administration, support, and optimization of HR technology solutions with a primary focus on system integrations, reporting and analytics, and security administration. This role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, secure access management, seamless data exchange, and actionable workforce reporting.
