Job Location: Corporate Indianapolis PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Tenant Account Analyst engages with a variety of people including our tenants, Simon’s management team, and peers from other areas of the business. These interactions facilitate thoughtful and timely application of revenue to open outstanding accounts. In this position, the analyst owns the AR application for a set of properties and ensures timely collections of outstanding amounts due. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Responsible for the collection of rents, identification and escalation of tenant issues, maintenance of tenant database, account analysis, account reconciliation and reporting as applicable.…
