Job Duties:
Lead the enterprise and regional rollout of Longevity and AI enablement programs, translating organizational strategy into actionable site- and regional-level workflows.
Maintain the enterprise Consumer Health & AI Playbook, covering clinical intake, front-desk workflows, product guidelines, vendor coordination, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to design best-practice patient journeys, standardized launch checklists, and go-to-market strategies.
Direct and mentor a team of Consumer Health Field Trainers, establishing field coaching cadences, site visitation schedules, and individual accountability metrics.…
