POSITION SUMMARY The Transmitter offers up-to-date news and analysis of neuroscience and is dedicated to helping scientists at all career stages stay current and build connections. Our award-winning news team is seeking an enthusiastic science reporting intern to join our lively newsroom in New York City for the spring of 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a beginning science journalist to cover the fast-moving field of neuroscience. This paid internship has a 32-hour-per-week minimum requirement. The intern will learn how to report and write news articles that educate, challenge and inspire our audience of scientists, and you’ll leave with a collection of great clips. A background or strong interest in neuroscience, genetics, cognition and behavior is essential.…
