* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of C-health (a WELL Health Diagnostic Centres company) * WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, previously C-health, is seeking a Registered Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Educator (RD/CDE) to provide care management to our patients and provision of diabetes education group classes. The Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is responsible for assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of client/patient care plans in chronic disease management.
