About this role

[What the role is] CAAS Technology Division plans and implement strategies to enhance Singapore’s competitiveness as an international air hub through research and innovation. We oversee innovation programmes and initiatives for existing as well as emerging areas in aviation including (i) air traffic management, (ii) airport operations, (iii) unmanned aircraft systems and (iv) sustainable aviation. Within each area, our focus/priorities are to: 1. Develop initiatives and programmes to mature R&D projects into operational capabilities; and 2. Develop capabilities in local industry and research institutes to enhance Singapore’s competitiveness as an air hub.…
