About this role

[What the role is] • Manage the operational readiness of security systems, equipment and estate-related matters to ensure high system availability and effective support for daily operations. • Oversee all contracts, including renewal planning and tender initiation, to ensure continuity of operations for systems and maintenance for security systems. • Monitor system performance, coordinate regular system updates, and maintain hardware and software to minimise system failures and support lifecycle management. • Review and enhance electrical circuits at Jurong Island Checkpoint (JICP) with the Facilities and Estate Management (FEM) department to strengthen business continuity.…
