About this role

[What the role is] This role sits within the Digital Industry Talent Group (DITG). DITG spearheads the development of Singapore’s digital economy by creating a vibrant Information and Communications Technology (ICT) ecosystem to support the next wave of tech companies, alongside efforts to provide good tech jobs for Singaporeans and nurture them into global tech leaders. The Human Capital Cluster (HCC), a sub-group under DITG, and the divisions includes Planning, Strategy and Data (PSD), Jobs And Skills (J&S) and Talent Developments (TD). They work with multiple stakeholders to conceptualise, plan, and analyse ICT and Media (ICM) manpower trends to develop manpower strategies to meet the sector’s workforce needs.
