[What the role is] Partnering with the Constituency Director as the Constituency Master Planner to co-lead the planning, coordinating and implementing community initiatives to build social capital and strengthen People-Government-People connectivity. The role drives ground-level engagement across Grassroots Organisations (GROs), Community Centres/Clubs, and Residents' Committee/Network Centres, ensuring that residents are well-served and that the constituency is a cohesive and harmonious community.
