[What the role is] • Provide on-site operational support for key Singapore Art Week programmes and events, including but not limited to the Singapore Art Week Opening Reception, SAW Forum, media events and precinct activations, supporting areas such as registration, guest management, wayfinding, programme coordination and documentation. • Support the planning and delivery of Singapore Art Week’s marketing and communications campaign, including publicity materials, social media content, electronic direct mailers and website updates. • Coordinate and maintain Singapore Art Week programme and event information across arts groups, partners and cultural institutions, including data collation, verification and database management.…
