About this role

[What the role is] You will support the experience design and system enhancements of the Training Allowance Programme System (TAS) developed for the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme (SFLP). [What you will be working on] Experience design and system enhancements Coordinate with system owners, IT teams and relevant stakeholders on system-related issues, change requests and enhancements to support programme operations. Work on UI/UX design where relevant to ensure user experience needs are met Gather and document business requirements for system improvements, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Programme and System Operations Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on programme operations, service delivery, case management and budget utilisation.…
