[What the role is] The Manager (Training Operations) ensures that NACLI's campus remains a safe, well-maintained, and future-ready environment that enables effective community leadership training. The role manages day-to-day facilities operations, coordinates estate cyclical maintenance and upgrading projects, administers procurement activities in compliance with government guidelines, and maintains campus emergency preparedness and resilience.
