About this role
[What the role is] Support the Standards Division in implementing its digital transformation efforts by serving as the interface between business users, IT teams and external solution providers. The officer will support the continuous improvement of the Singapore Standards System while driving initiatives relating to SMART Standards, AI-enabled applications and future digital standards products and services. [What you will be working on] Support the business ownership and continuous enhancement of the Singapore Standards System. Coordinate with IT teams on system improvements, testing and issue resolution. Provide business support to users, including onboarding, access management and responding to enquiries. Support pilot projects involving SMART Standards, AI and Large Language Models.…
