[What the role is] The Business Analyst in the OpsTech team will play a crucial role in enhancing operational support and system capabilities for Continuing Education and Training (CET) programs and schools. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimise system usage and improve effectiveness and support both ongoing Training Management System operations.
