[What the role is] The Senior Manager (Facilities Management) at Heartbeat@Bedok supports the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day facilities management, maintenance, and operations of the hub to ensure that its physical infrastructure remains safe, well-maintained, and fit for community use. The role works closely with the ICH Facilities Management team to uphold governance standards across contracts, budgets, and maintenance programmes, contributing to PA's mission of creating vibrant, inclusive community spaces that bring residents together.
